Just curious, not trying to start a political debate, but who do you think the greatest president from the last thirty years was/is?

To be honest, I don't really see any of them as the best in any time period. I'd actually choose Barbara Bush because of that fine ___, but thats just me....and a joke.

i work in chappaqua and i've worked on his nieghbors house and have seen him joggin a few times. shaked his hand once. he was really skinny when i saw him. Post opperation that is. he might be healthier now.

damn seeing as i'm only 25 i really can't judge on this.. but in the last 12 yeas its Billy ..

 

Ronald Reagan by a landslide. Bill Clinton does have Charisma. He's a likable guy...like someone you could hang with and he'd make you laugh alot. But he did a lousy job as pres and pretty-much disgraced the oval office. Reagan had class. He commanded a respect for the Pesidency and he was a master at reaching "both sides".

 

Reaganomics is also the cause of the decline of the middle class manufacturing class in America. It was his policies that a) sent good paying manufacturing jobs overseas, b) caused the largest increase in government spending since ever with the arms race, which also bankrupted practically an entire nation, which also, coincidently is responsible for the disaray in the Soviet army, which also puts the potential for Nukes to be sold to terrorists (if it hasn't already happened) and c) caused the growth of the widest seperation of rich and poor since before the middle class was created.

 

Ronaldus Magnus has been the best leader the free world has seen in a long time. Sure, he was a bit of a cowboy, but we needed a cowboy. We need another cowboy now.

Sure, spending for arms went way up, the libs before him had cut so much from spending it took a lot to get back where we needed to be in the first place.

 

We got a cowboy now......Albeit a menatally challenged cowboy, but a cowboy nonetheless.

 

Just because he rides horses and not interns doesn't make him a cowboy.
