I put up a new pic for my profile yesterday and I already have four #1 votes. I know I should'nt care but I like to check. Now wehave all seen some #1 cars, but mine is far from that. What's up? Is jealousy just killin' the haters?

 

its haters. mine is supercharged and people still vote one for the go. I know my car isnt the fastest but if supercharged is a 1, what is stock?

It's easier for them to hate than get up and make their rides worth a two ya know?

 

I'll tell you why people with sweet rides get 1's. It's because people are lazy. The gallery on here only shows the top rated rides so if you want to see other rides....say mine for instance, you have to either know their screen name or go through every single one and rate them to move to the next. It's just faster to put in 1's so you can go through all of them. I'm guilty of it, i admit. There should just be a next button or it should be like on HINcity.com where you see the avatar of the user and not just the name. I mean who wants to look at the member list and read about the car before they see the pic? So IMO it's an issue with the site not having a "next button" and forcing you to vote to see the rides. Now i know there are like 11,040 pages each with 50 users listed but there's got to be an easier way. I vote for the "next" button. Did i mention the "next" button

i cant think of what you mean about going through them. I cant look at them on this comp to see. I finally got my laptop to let me look at profiles and now the home comp wont let me.

i feel the same way.. i have more 1's than anything else and quite a few people on here have told me they like my car. whatever works!

 

It's pure jealousy because it seems that the people that truly don't like my ride make themselves known, at least they have the courage to do so. I remember when I was sifting through profile pics I was just throwing out 5's to get through because no one ever gets upset about that.

A supercharged tC is nothing special to me, yes i'm sure your car (As well as others) are very nice daily drivers. But does that mean it should be voted higher? No, in fact, why would you even care about what others think about your car? Just do what you love, if people hate what you do, or dislike, so what, its your car and as long as your proud of it deal with it.

I realize fully that some people dont like it and thats cool with me. But you need to realize like it or not, GO is GO. And the amount of 1 votes since this thread shows people dont see that. a 160HP car ranked on a scale of 1-5 can be no lower than 1. So if a 230 hp car is a 1, what is that 160 HP car. Its people not giving their honest opinion. And if their honest opinion is that my car is a 1, thats great. But logic says it cant be slowest car on this board.

Its all good tho. It is what I love and its what I do. But I am honest with all, and others should be as well. And atleast you were honest to.
