I was in Gamestop yesterday buying a Wii points card and I jokingly asked for a PS3. The guy replied, "which one do you want"?
I can't believe that I have both now for the kids ( & DAD!!). ALL other Christmas gifts were returned and my son is paying half on the PS3. No new tires for the XB this Christmas!
It's interesting to look at how each company has taken a different direction. The PS3 is so high tech, a serious gaming unit.
The Wii is just fun! More of a party platform. Easy for us "old folkes".

I've been so mad at myself because I haven't been able to play Zelda. I've been dealing with getting the new xB and selling my car, moving out of my house and into my apartment, trying to get into school for next semester, and getting my PvP skills back in World of Warcraft. It's a full plate, but I think I can handle it.

Thats Nintendo's approach, fun for the whole family. Seems like they actually found a way to pull it off though. I could totally picture my mom and pops figuring out how to play this thing.

I havent had much time to play the Wii lately. My mother did discover it though. She likes to play golf a lot. I dont know why but whatever. She was all mad that I bought one and then I told her to try it. Reluctantly she did and now she loves it. Thanks Nintendo.... ...."Mom! Get outta my room!"

i've had mine since day one and love it . but have been trying to acquire additional units since then as well and every time a store or chain of stores gets em it's crazier and harder to get than release day. WTF. i need my cash cows god damnit!!!!

Every time I look at my Wii, I twitch .... I have Zelda sitting right by it, unopened. .... I've decided that I'm not going to play Zelda until my Component cables come in later this week. *twitch*
