Hey guys...

Okay, I don't know how I'm failing at this but I'm trying to do the darn "spin attack" and I'm lightly shaking the numchuck from left to right to left and all it does for me is a horizontal slash. What am I doing wrong? Can someone give me some advice? I've tried slight movements, strong movements, moving away from the item I want to attack, moving closer, zooming in, etc. all to no avail!

Hmm, keep the wii-mote still while only moving the nun-chuck. Hopefully that'll work, or maybe reposition your sensor bar or something.

 

If you are shaking the nunchuck, the spin att IS just a horizzontal slash.

If you did it right Link will mike a slight yell, then after like 3 seconds, his sword will glimmer and make a ringing sound, meaning you can do it again.

If you do that and you see/hear the glimmer, you did it right.

It looks simple but will hit enemies on every side of link.
