Nah, you shouldn't have an issue them fixing your Roomba so long as it wasn't refurbished or something. I'd think at least.

I hope not. I want to get one for a friend here soon, but I won't if they have crappy service.

I have a refurb roomba that I had a problem with it not charging on the base. irobot sent out a new base and didn't even want the old one back.

Yeah, it's a WootOff. It's gotta be ending any time now. A few people mentioned BoC popping up. A good chance to get in on a BoC or Flying Monkey or whatever, is at the end too.
