This is going to sound retarded but do you have to be 18 years old to buy
an X-Acto knife from let's say, Walmart?

My friend said you have to be 18 now but I don't believe him.

It's already dumb that they plan to bump up the age to buy paint
to 21 years old.

 

i dunno.. but i remember getting carded for buying a rated R movie at wal-mart a few years back...

i went wtf...... my friends made fun of me... i was 20 at the time... and the cashier thought i looked 15..... damn east coast people don't know anything.

I used to get carded when I bought some junk shot paintball rounds. It was fun dropping like $15 on 500 shots. Carded for paintballs? I laughed at the lady at first. Then she told me she was serious. I laughed harder while showing her my license.

i got carded for 2-part apoxy and one time when i bought silver spraypaint at crappy walmart. i saw on COPS that people can get high off silver and gold spray paint becausee they have an extra chemical that normal colors dont have

 

never use a license... rumor has it that stuff sticks in between the layers... ;)

 

u need to be 18 in CA anyways, to purchase any kind of spray paint.

 

Not sure about an X-Acto Knife. I was carded for buying a bb rifle when I was 18. I would assume yes.

 

I was carded today at wal-mart. I bought some cough syrup and super glue. I was carded there when I bought my caliper paint as well.
