seriously, your car is awesome man. it's the whole reason i was looking for the jp kit for the '06.

 

I think yours will look 100% better if you go for it and have the 06 bumper modded with the front lip. Soooooooo much better

I am even thinking of buying (yet again but without cancelling after 8 weeks) the JDM type 2 lip and having it modded to fit the 06 bumpers If I can. Heh, maybe not but it's still my all time Favorite lip other than the one your trying to get on your egg.

haha, yeah i don't remember what i was doing that day, but i remember that i couldn't make it for some reason. the past couple of weeks have been very busy for me. i still plan on being their for the show on the 9th though.

nope, too poor haha. but...kirby brought up the fact that i should probably fix the dents on my car before i go and get a lip kit, and i would have to say...he's right. but, i need to make sure i don't spend money on less expensive things like a new set of wheels, that way i can actually get the kit quicker.

 

LOL, but what dents? I mean I got dents, small ones that no one can see really but me but they are there. You have big ones?? No car is perfect.

 

i have about 8-12 dents on my rear doors and rear quarter panels...i hate parking lots and now i try to park next to nicer cars.

I have been thinking about this and I am troubled. I think your decision should also be influenced by the long term value of the car.

Fiber glass will need bondo in a couple of years and maintenance so if you alter your front bumper keep this in mind. The 06 Kenstyle is made to fit so you can just take it off the other you can't, but it will look allot better

Just some thoughts.

 

i know that, but....i'm not planning on reselling this for a high price. and luckily, it's not fiberglass it's a urethane kit...same as the oem bumper cover and sideskirts.

 

Sup Enzo! I'd go w/ the 06 bumper and then custom fab it and custom fab the grille.

Some guy here on SL just got the 06 kit for real and had it painted for his 04











I think there is great potential in this kit, copy or not. It's just not an extreme look compared to the rest of them.

 

yeah i saw this, and am considering that kit again...but, no money=no kit

 

I love the front bumper, the back....not so much, the 2 peices just don't do it for me.

 

honestly i like it (fits around the DC exhaust lol)....it'd be so much better molded.

 

I like both Both cost about the same painted etc. And they both offer a different look + a look that is not seen in So Cal allot.

I am still in debate about what to get but I am leaning towards the KS 06 2 piece kit. But for now I am in the same boat. No $$ no kit.
