So I was driving home from the bar last night when about a mile from my house in Phoenixville, PA (small crap-hole town) I got followed by an officer and pulled over. I only specify I was driving home from the bar for added flavor. I was actually drinking Coca-Cola all night because I don't usually drink when Im out at bars for just this reason. The officer pulled me over and did the usual routine. Here is what I was cited for....

"Defendant did make unreasonable noise and create a phyiscally offensive condition by operating a vehicle w/ modified exhaust for the purpose of making the vehicle louder..."

Guess who's gonna fight this one...

Ractive carbon wrapped exhaust. Not stock at all but also not 93dB loud...

 

i think you'll be okay... say you bought a silencer or something. even the way it was cited says 'profiling' all over it.

 

I am guessing it is aftermarket, but it would be hillarious if he had a stock exhaust. LOL and good luck with the valiant fight.
