I'm thinking bout getting the tC model, but i have a big question, can you make them fwd? Like get the AWD upgrade and leave out the rear drive shaft?

You can make them FWD, just remove the dogbones that attach to the rear wheels. Still need the AWD kit and drive shaft since the motor's in the back.

sweet, you jsut made my day, next question, would the handling be much differnet than if it were rwd or awd, or is there not enough weight to matter?

Handling will be worse in FWD. Weight makes a huge difference at this small of a scale.

Best handling - AWD
Best speed - RWD

Don't forget about tires also, they make a huge difference in how the cars handle. I usually run AWD with hard treads front and stock slicks rear.

The fun part is playing around and figuring what settings you like best. It's pretty easy to work on the X-Mods.

Have Fun!
