Seems like a cool project. I'm thinking about getting a Zenki S14 (or another car I won't I.D. until I get it ) soon as a DD.

new motor and trans.
"fixed" the front bumper, lol. still got more work to do.
and replaced the fender with a crappy rattle canned one that came with the car.
got all the wires out of the back, re-wired the headunit, and took those crappy white faces off the gauges.
gauges are still broke though, so i need a new cluster, and need to finish up the surround for my radio.

Duuuuuude the manual tranny swap was a pain. I got so many cuts and my back was sore for a day when we did it on my friends coupe. It's pretty simple though, as far as the clutch assembly and master cylinder. The part that took me the longest was having to drop the steering column so you could swap brake pedals. I wish my friend would of just cut the break pedal in half lol but whatever, we did it the right way and got everything good. Good luck on the build!!

man. so thursday wednesday i got up at 9 A.M. for work, got off at 7 P.M. then drove with a buddy to go pick up another auto trans for now, since i still need small things for the manual swap.
well we got back at about 12:30 P.M and decided that we were just gonna do the swap then. One thing led to another and we ended up pulling the motor along with the trans. So after some work we mated up the manual motor to the auto trans and go everything put back together.
i was awake for 40 hours straight. 11 of which i spent working on the 240 with no breaks. haha
i have some pics but ill upload them later, i gotta get out there and get the new motor in and finish up
