I should read up on it then. I was trained to use gradient map, not sure what the differences are between monochrome but from what I see by increasing the color levels, im assuming itll give it a slight vintage hue as opposed to grandient map that removes all the color information.

 

those setting replicate ilford fp4 film, which will give a truer black and white look

the first pic is in raw form, and the 2nd pic is after I adjusted the raw

 

RnB they aren't fake at all. He showed me those shots and I immediately suggested and explained to him about a circular polarizer. Do not say it is fake again. That is just rude when he told u they weren't PSed. Sorry to break it to u guys but not all of the photographers on here rely on PS to make or break their shots.

Jon, btw the 2nd is a lot better. The picture isn't completely blown out like in the first one.

 

Since you asked. They're both crooked and both look fake and corny with the fake shine everywhere. Blue mountains. Your car glows. No bueno IMO.
