and then image > canvas size > check relative and put how many pixels you want it to be (say 15 pixels on each side) and double it (so 30) and then do black...

i hate yellow street lights...GUH....thus the white balance is off...
personally, i wouldn't have cut off part of the car, may point your camera more to the left and down a smidge, which would also cut out the pole, which looks rather out of place
the lens flare on top of your car looks weird too
i probably woulda turned off the headlights too....blows out some parts of the road
looks a little soft, but that could be photobucket

lol, im not to bad at photography, but that was rushed cuz i had to throw some isht together real quick so i didnt really adjust anything. (besides shutter speed)
and thats a totally un-edited shot, in fact, i think i shot that one in RAW.
buuuut, i am planning a trip to Cali either this summer or next summer so we will have to setup a meet sometime for sure.
