how do you not have even light with ISO 1600+?
i shoot concerts and have enough light to shoot 1/125th of a second...
and there is absolutely nothing wrong with some noise...its the equivalent of film grain

love the colors of the train. IMO u would see them better and the over all shot would look better if not shot midday and overexposed. Looks like no polarizer too?
I like everything else bout the shot.

In regards to noise, I will allow very little, with my camera if it gets noisey above 1000+ mark it doesnt resemble film grain,
also at first glance a viewer may interpret a noisy photo with an inexperienced camera operator.
Im kind of in between, I understand the film grain idea, even the sharpest photos will have grain when viewed 100%, me personally I don't want excessive noise simply because I dont want people mistaking it for a lack of knowledge about the camera or lack of proper equipment on my part.
but thats pretty much why I personally try to keep the noise down in my photos
but I understand exactly why some people may like noise, theres an analog vintage quality to the photo.
If I get a less than stellar photo but I like the composition, Ill convert it to B&W, raise the fill light, blow out the highlights, crush the blacks and blur the photo. So I can still use it and it looks purposely analog.
