yea its posed...i tripped after setting the timer on lol i was cracking up in the photo but its dark so you cant see it

^^ hanging out of a van usually works. If you're ballsy that is... That's what I do sometimes or I'll just just hold the camera out the window as low to the ground as a I can

 

Yeah I know bout hanging out of a van but I don't know anybody with a van. Ha ha I know guys with xB's but that's the closest I can get to a van. Ha ha

I would rather be able to change my settings and look through the viewfinder than just hang the camera out the window. Ha ha

One thing I REALLY need to learn is photoshop. All my shots are straight from the camera with no post processing at all other than downsizing the files for viewing on here.

 

Can people start adding info along with their pictures? (camera//lens) I'm really considering getting a DSLR soon and would really like to see what kind of pics each camera puts out. I know, it's about the photographer, but I still want to see the differences..

I use a Canon 5d body, Canon 24-105 f4 L lens, Canon 15mm f2.8 fisheye lens, uv filter and circular polarizer filter, 2 batteries, and 5 1/2 gigs worth of memory cards, and a Lowepro camera backpack.

if ur going to go canon either get the 50d or the new 5dII
they are the newest ones

 

The 5dII looks so freaking sick! It makes me want to switch to Canon but i have so much Nikon equipment already. Not to mention, I'll have to relearn to use the camera again haha

I want a camera.. NOW. But can't decide on what to get.. I want to stay in the $400 range though.. That's why I was thinking of the D40.. Because of the price..

I had to use my friend's dad's Nikon D100 tonight at Hot Import Nights because I left my camera at college and no offense to the Nikon owners, but I hated it. I had no clue how to use that thing. It was confusing as hell to figure out. Everything was coming out horribly. I tried shooting on automatic mode and that didn't help at all either. I love my Canon sooo much better. LOL
