don, love the photos. keep them coming. I actually like the unedited versions a LOT better. but i am old fashioned like that. all my work is straight from the camera with no editing at all, other than to downsize. now i'm sure that's why they don't look as good too.

 

only 2 of the last 5 i posted have some special editing

 

now were they all edited to take the rig out of the shot?

i don't even edit mine for contrast, color correction, etc etc. I would but i have no idea how.

 

yeah...the rig was edited out...obviously not gonna leave that in there

 

yeah i didn't know if the rig was in all the shots or if u hung out the car like i do in my rolling shots ha ha

i would LOVE to build a rig for my canon 5d but i know NOTHING bout it. I am assuming it is on a wireless remote. how do u know what exposure to set it to and i am assuming that it is rigged to a computer so u have a display of what is in the frame and all that.

i know i'm asking noob questions.

Set up everything before you start rolling, then either set a long timer or use a remote to take the shot.

Building the rig is the hard part.

 

yeah. i would LOVE a rig cause i've always just hung out the back of an xB with someone sitting on my legs and a strap running to something in the car so i won't go flying out. sucks cause u can't tell how close to the ground u are when u are staring down the viewfinder ha ha

 

rig building isn't even that hard...i did it...lol
