Yeah, the v4s are fine for a lot of things. I know someone who prefers them over PW's and he OWNS both! So, whatever floats everyone's boats. I got them before they were released so mine probably had a lot of bugs to fix..Do they still show my "Ah the warmth" picture in the pamphlet?

I LOVE that angle + lighting. I guess a little more lighting on the right side of the car to show off the front end some more but overall I love it! How did you accomplish that?

 

Nice shot Sid. I would like to see some more light on the left side of the bumper though.

And I used my flash (on camera and just bounced it off the ceiling.

Zach, I wish I had two more flashes because then I could light the back right and the bottom left. Or if I knew how to overlay images I could just use one flash and light different sides and just compile them haha.

 

Ocf into a 60" umbrella could have helped. But yes, invest in another flash soon. Its fun - i promise.

 

Thinking about it. I may get the 580 because then my 420 can act as a slave right?

Sid, it can act as an optical slave but don't bank on it. If they arent facing each other or close enough to each other, then the slave will not fire. Just find a cheap flash and buy some cybersyncs with flashzebra adapters if you want the best bang for your buck.
