Thanks man. I have been practicing a lot with them. This was by far the best shoot I've had. It also helps that yellow eats up light

Agreed. First time I tried to use strobes, I tried on a black car. It killed my confidence.

jesus how did you just not give up editing. if i ever do car shoots i get sick about 50 pics in.... "oh another car"

 

you cropped too soon... he took 1200+ but only edited 203... im the same way tho, when i go out with the stunt crew i usually end up with over 2000 pics for a days shooting, then i hate my life. lol.

Ace, I really dig the SSR's!

 

I just do it. I love cars and great shots of cars. I don't mind too much. It did take me two days though.

I do dread looking through pics sometimes. I have whole sets I don't look at because I don't want to edit them.

I keep 10-15% usually of the pics I take. Sometimes less.

 

my friends always _____ at me cuz they want to see pics as soon as were done but i have rule that i wont look at pics for a minimum of 24 hours after the shoot, this way when i look at the pics its not as boring, gives me time to forget what i shot.

im a 7-12% kinda shooter. lol.

 

I've never been one to take a lot of pictures especially at sporting/motorsports events. I'd rather get my settings right, then execute the shots so I can avoid having to sift through 1000+ pics.

 

i only took 105 pics at that oldies car show, 65 i kept

 

I like seeing everything and capturing everything. I want to make sure I get the shot, so I'll take two or three extra to make sure.

 

yeah you took pics of almost EVERY car, after awhile i just get tired lol

 

I just love cars man. I can't get enough of them. Anything with a motor, I freaking love it.

 

we kept losing him in the crowds lol...but we spotted his brown **** esp with that damn philles hat... well fabos girl keep finding him anyway lol

We were at a 50's show, tons of shiny things/chrome and sexy rockabilly white girls. You expected me to not wander?
