Incase you people didn't know, you can use www.borrowlenses.com to rent lenses you could only dream of purchasing. I rented a 24-120 F4 for the weekend to figure out if it was going to be my new walk-around lens or not. So far, it is very promising.
I wish they were a bit cheaper. I used them to rent a Nikkor 24-70 f2.8 and I loved it. But the total rental cost about $150 with shipping for a week. Not a bad price, but it's not worth it to drop that kind of money to try a lens IMO. Great if you're shooting a paid event though. Even better if the client will pay for the rental. But I'd personally prefer buying a good lens used and selling it in the future since they hold value.
I rented the 24-120 F4 specifically for the Texas Ren Fest today. If I like the lens well enough, I'll be buying one. Only thing I foresee is that I'm going going to get enough separation between subject and background. At least, thats what I've seen in the test shots. Then again, I want the lens to be a walk around lens to replace my 16-85VR and 70-300VR that I have up for sale.
I can't seem to find on any Party City that I've tried around my area, so I ordered online.
It's gonna be hard to find one..

Yeah I only found one and it looked like a return so I decided to order it on eBay after checking like 5 stores. Plus the one I got isn't the yellow tinted one with all the extra shading.
That's sucks. I'd email the seller and see if he'll send you another one. Mine is ok besides a small chip on the nose. I can't tell if that's from shipping or from the mold. The envelope it came in looked like it was torn open and resealed though.
A guy in my shop said there is a store in Mobile that has a bunch of these masks. He's getting the name tonight and i'll give em a ring tomorrow. I can buy some and ship em out if anyone is interested.
