He's selling all kind of other stuff off the car if you've got money to spend. 5Zigen 18x8.5 with 245 Toyo T1R's. I know how tough it is to find traction turbocharged.

 

Just a little update. Even though I've posted OBO, no one has offered, everyone just seems to be interested in his loweat price which hasn't helped to set a price.

How about $2200 without gages? I paid more for my lame TRD S/C...

aha i spoke with him. turbo's got 15k miles on it. he said the gauges would be thrown in as a bonus. planning to look at the kit this tuesday!

 

Yeah the gages were planned to be a bonus originally, everyone wants the kit cheaper.

 

Has the turbo been removed yet, if so can you post some pics of the what the kit looks like?

 

The 1st page of this thread is nothing but pictures of his kit, with the exception of my black tC. And no the kit is not sold yet. The first two pictures are from just about a week ago.

 

The pics from the first page are what the kit looked like brand new, I'm asking if there are any photos of the kit now. I'm sure the kit looks a little different. Has the turbo kit been removed from the car?

 

The first picture of the kit was taken last two weeks ago (the picture date is all messed up FYI). I'll try to get him to take a few more.

Well guys I'm sorry I've been away for so long. I didn't want to keep beating a dead horse trying to keep interest alive, there's enough of that on these forums. Even though there has been so much interest, not one person has made any kind of an offer, not one. Not even a serious "I've got this much" low ball. No biggy, supply and demand right.

He still has the kit. It's in garage for the winter right now. I think he's switched gears and it trying to sell the whole car locally. The big ticket item that would lead to the part out is the sale of the turbo kit which hasn't happened.

It's all actually pertty surprising. Price out the cheapest new complete turbo kit, AEM UEGO, Electronic gages.... If you're interested just make an offer. I thought $2k was more than a fare price for everything stated. That's $1300 if you buy a kit used from someone else and buy your own gages and pod new.I'll be here to help, thanks

Really, guys really..... I spent more on my coilover setup. But like I said before, supply and demand right.

 

Is that a water and oil cooled turbocharger? From the first image it looks as though it is. Wondering why he did not run the water lines for it. GLWS

 

It's both, but it's just oil cooled right now.... Why not because he's lazy, but for real, Paul over at Dezod gave us reassurance that it would not affect the life of the turbo as long as you abide by the same F/I principle of cooling down the turbo before shutting it off, turbo timer ect. Whether or not that's bull is a different story. I believe Joe used to run this same setup before he got rid of his blue tC. You'll find it on youtube if you search Dezod turbo tc.

 

is he willing to ship and part out???? i dont want the intercooler or piping or emanage and only want the aem wideband. i dont need the other gauges or gauge pod cause i have them already and im doing a larger front mount and my tc is an 07. thanks
