I will no longer own a xB2 and I removed the subwoofer before I sell it since I think my car has too many extras.
Anyway, I did this custom-made sealed enclosure not long after I first purchased the vehicle. It was made to fit under the front passager's seat with the woofer faces up. The box itself is made with 3/4" thick particle board which structure is super rigid. Finished with black carpet that matched the interior along with professional audio quick connector on the side. Volume is about 0.60 cu/ft (I believe). Woofer itself is made by Rockford Fosgate Punch 2 8" with dual 4-ohm DVC.
The box might look small, but it sounds great!
