i give you props for buying everything yourself....as my parents told me if you want something save up and buy it when you have the money you can get anything you want........asmost people would tell you your money went into this car it should be your choice i mean iwouldnt mine upgrading to a evo or sti there twice as fast and better then the tc and if your parents think the tc is fast or loud or what ever they should be in for a big surpise if you rget one of those evos and sti which im doing too.....

my dad thinks that i will blow the motor i told him let me boost the tc and make like 300whp he said no i said fine ill get an evo or sti and do a turbo upgrade and everything else and be making 4 something

because i am going for criminal justice major and tc is on the top 10 most pulled over cars and they think if i boost it that i will blow the motor so i said ill just buy a evo or sti and upgrade the motor.

 

i know how you feel i tell people the tc can handle up to 350 whp with stock internals and most dont beleive me cause its a scion as most will say,,,,some people dont know much about the tc's as we SL people do so you kinda have to roll with it and even if you show them proof online about your story they will say you cant beleive everything you read online so this is where you come intp play boost they sucker up to 300 whp and show them hehe.....

but any how yea tc's get pulled over cause young drivers think there race cars thats why there so expensive to insure the evo or sti would be cheaper beleive it on not

 

yeah it sucks but i guess the only thing i really can do is just boost it behind my parents back and when they find out they find out. and for those other people ill just have to show them up and shut them up.

 

wow i read all comments on this page and what i have to say is that a scion is liike a honda almost there cheap to buy and lots of aftermarket support this is where younger people get there hankds on these cars and mod the hack out of them and start breaking the law...if you get a sti or evo and you bring you parents for a ride theyt will say you should of kept the tc hehe.....evos and sti's are not cheap to mod unlike the tc
