okay i am posting this for a friend

here are the details:

I have for sale a 2008 kawasaki Ninja 250. It has 8121 miles on it. I just upgraded to a yamaha R6 so i no longer have any use for my ninja. Its a perfect starter bike. i learned how to ride on it and im glad i learned on a 250. its really easy to ride. I Just recently i let my friend ride my bike and he laid it down at a red light. The left side is scratched up. nothing is dented or damaged to bad. Just the side fairing. A brand new side fairing is $250 but i just dont wanna replace it because i want to sell it soon. I know it sounds bad but if your learning how to ride your bound to lay the bike down anyways. When he crashed the turn signal and mirrors broke so i had to take them off. I have new mirrors and new turn signals for the bike but i just dont have time to put them on. if your interested give me a call at 858-997-5384

i love the 2008-2009 250's, but is he serious about the 3500 asking price?

its like 4k for a brand new 09, and on top of that is been layed down, lol, and with todays economy 3500 can score you a used 05+ 600,

I really want a 250, but lack the funds for one right now. I've seen used '08s without damage go for around $2700. Not meaning to threadjack either, but a new '09 costs $3999. $3500 for a damaged '08 doesn't seem right.

 

like i said he is not quite set with his price.. he is open for offers.. i am just trying to help the guy... so if you guys can help like tell others who are ready to buy motorcycles its a really good starter bike....

i think if you call him, you guys can negotiate..

one thing that stopped me from buying one was the skinny rear tire, lol but other then that i love the way it looks and how damm light it is!!

 

yeah tell me about it.. lol anyway yeah it is pretty light and that was his starter bike and he's only 5'6 and he can both flat foot it.. its pretty small too.. i too have sat in it and i am only 5'3 and i can one flat foot it.. lol... but tell your friends see if they might be interested in a starter bike.. btw it has a choke and its really good in gas!!!
