Interested in getting an Alpine HU for my 05 tC. Single din, iPod capable; currently have a Eclispe DD. Moving cross country in the next few days so can do local p/u as well. Will be going from CA to FL.

all the reviews seem good. 2 of my friends have this unit and it works great especially if you looking for ipod controls. Just remember that it doesnt have a cd player though. some of alpines newer stuff is strictly MP3 only. Also which Eclipse you have? I maybe interested in picking it up off you if the price is right.

 

Thanks for the recommendation though I'd like to keep my CD playing capability in the dash. I probably looked at that one when I was checking the HU out in person at Best Buy. Still not sure on the model I'd like though.

I have the Eclipse 2454. It's a old Navi HU from them. Still a good one though just would like to go single din.
