I have a high quality leather boot made by http://www.redlinegoods.com/
It is all black with black stitching. I had them make me a short shifter boot a while back and instead of matching my custom dimensions, they sent me a stock dimension boot. I have it just sitting around. It is much nicer than the fake leather stock stuff. You would need to reuse the plastic trim from a stocker. Let me know if you're interested.

 

i made a custon shift boot for my tc. this first one is just a prototype. the material i used was mesh. people said it would get dirty after a couple weeks. but ive had this for almost 2 months, and still pretty clean.

but i will be making a new one today. out of diff material. i will most-likely use white leather. for the right price, i might (maybe) start making and selling them. if anyone is interested. if not, i will be posting a DIY for everyone else to make. hahaha
