How's it a custom exhaust if you use someone elses cat, resonator, and tip? Would that just be considered custom piping, not exhaust?

Yes I am lacking information.
you claim your exhaust is cheaper.... I don't doubt that. But you did say it's better and I thinkt you just talk a good game. So I am waiting for you to shut me up and prove that your exhaust is better.
Bro any Ptuning part is top notch and well worth the money.

There Is a differance in " being better" than "better for the money".

Sorry Steve for jacking your thread. Hope you get a good exhaust. Which ever way you go.

Or

Around half price, true turboback, custom one of a kind, higher quality stainless.
i think downpipe or spipe back is the best mass production exhaust can offer, with tons of turbo setup only a custom one can bolt right up.. with custom though, you can only do turbo back to setups you know or guys who are local..

oh and you said higher quality stainless steel, what grade of stainless steel are you using?

315 ss sounds good if the price is lower.. the reason many nice after market exhaust use 304 SS is that it does the job very well for an exhaust while keeping the cost down, there is really no need for a higher grade one unless you can get it for good price. Cant wait to see the finished product.

It does. But in this case you can get a higher grade stainless for a cheaper price.

don't get me wrong, its 100x better then most other peoples "custom" exhausts. I wouldn't mind an axleback like that but with a smaller pipe then going into a larger tip. like 2.25" then goin to a 3" tip so it sits perfectly in the bumper exhaust hole. can u do sumthing like that? I would totally get rid of my greddy evo2 for sumthing like that

its one nicely done custom exhaust.. but really cant be compared to any mass produced exhaust main reason is that its built to what the customer wants so really cant really judge the one who makes it.. except on how he welds it and for the good price it gives for an exhaust with good materials.. i still think the ptuning exhaust is flawless
