First FRS with Rocket Bunny Kit in Canada???

So I've recently seen posts of the FRS Rocket Bunny Kit with a local company (BC). They say it's the first FRS to have the Rocket Bunny Kit. Is this true?

There is an owner in Nanaimo BC that has one..., kit was finished about a month ago.
