1. Where are you located?

2. I personally wouldn't have used washer fluid. However the problem with washer fluid is not that it contains water. The problem is that the mixtures of meth to water are inconsistent from bottle to bottle. It's never completely 50/50. Which is fine. Most meth pumps can't handle running straight meth. Seals wear out and the pumps fail etc. You are supposed to run a 50/50 mix of meth to water. Steam, not a problem. Also keep in mind you can tune off 100% meth with no problems you just need to tune accordingly. Either way. It sounds to me like a tune issue. Perhaps your meth tank ran low? Check it out.

If you have low compression on two cylinders I wouldn't be surprised to find cylinders 2 and 3 damaged. Make sure they check the head as well. These 2AZ-FE engines are not that good at resisting detonation.

Keep us updated to what you find.

Also I am not sure what kind of recourse you might have with a lawyer. There's alot of gray area there.
