That was one of them....

They put a gouge about 2.5in long on the lip of one my wheels, and put about 5/6 nicks in the paint.

"O" and the other did worse. I have since fixed them myself but I rather the people do it right the first time. I understand that I took the risk when I painted the wheels, but when I first had the tires put back on after painting, the guy handed me back the wheels exactly as I gave them to him. He took the extra care when doing it! I need to find that guy again!!!

You know me an my car Chuck, I totally stand behind Group A wheels who is on the thread for places to get work done thread. I ordered two tires from this which they gave me a good price on and they did an incredible job. The guy working on my wheels TOOK THE TIME to clean the entire wheel, even where there was residual tape and glue from previous weights. NO OTHER tire place has done that for me.

I was so impressed i even tipped the guy working on my car $20 cuz it was well deserved and they gave me such a good price. I totally recommend them.

I 3rd this GroupA for sure. Talk to Jean. He will take good care of you. make sure and tell t hem that Oldman sent you....aka...RJ.... They took a look at my tires when I thought I had some nails in them and I didn't even buy my tires from them. That show's that they will go out of their way for you....

Oh yeah man, I had a HUGE round with discount after they ruined one of my 5zigens that were imported, had to wait almost 3 months to get replacement in and they damaged it as well! This was the discount tire on elliot around Hardy Dr. here in tempe. Long story but the manager is a liar and insane there. I ended up having to go all the way up the corperate latter and screem at the head cheese to get things fixed in which they paid full value for both rims. DISCOUNT TIRE SUCKS.

Latest discount story as of last week. I took my 4runner in to the one on Chandler around Rural as they are under warranty there and I just needed a balance and rotation. They make me wait an 1 hour and 45 minutes while they let "2 hot looking chicks" cut right in and took care of them. Man I need to grow so ta ta's or they do not give a rats **** about you.

Worst service, mishandle your rims, lie and just overall suck. Will never use discount again.

So Chuck, did they try to pull the "it's a touchless tire system, no way it could do that, you have to have brought them in like that" bs..?
