Right on man! I have been as well. Just got below the 200 mark and into the 190's. Man it is hard. I personally do lots of cardio along with lifting. My taco habit does not help though haha.

I would be lucky to even hit 185. At 6'4" it makes me look really thin. I am one of those lucky few who can eat whatever and not show it. Good luck on the diet.

I will take what ever weight you guys can shed... LOL.. I cant seem to gain the "right" weight lately. I swear putting on weight is just as hard if you try and do it the right way.

Just keep up the hard work. It will pay off in the end.

Do some hiking at Camelback or South Mtn. Thats a good workout but it's a little hot nowadays.

That's the best way to do it, find someone to go with and you can both keep each other motivated. That is half the battle, everyone does great that first week or two, but it is after that that counts.

Cutting back on regular soda is key, switch it up with Coke Zero or Sierra Mist Free. Any diet soda will have significantly less calories and no carbs....just remember, soda isn't really good for you period, but if you're like me and can't do without it, you just need to find what works.

Carbs are also key, your body burns carbs first then fat and other unwanted substances. So, if you cut back on carbs, that helps as well. Not saying get rid of the carbs period, because we all know that is pretty damn hard to do, but just try to cut back on your daily intact. My dad did the Atkins diet and lost about 80 lbs and has kept it off for three years now.

I have lost about 60 lbs from college, any help I can give just let me know.

I've dropped 20lbs over the past year, the only change was switching to diet soda instead of regular! Now I've since started going to the gym, getting my metobolism up, and without any modification to my diet, the weight continues to drop.

Cut all beer out of your life and walk every chance you get. My neighbor did this and she went from being your normal fat a$$ neighbor to pretty much a twig it was crazy and it happened fast as hell. My mom asked her about it and all she said was she didnt have an ounch of beer and walked a ridiculous amount.

dude stay strong its all about focus, dont let yourself give into anything.
