Default Car insurance in PHX...

I have been here for long enough and my CA insurance is almost up so i need to register my car here and get insurance here. i know i know... i was supposed to do all this within 10 days of moving here but what can i say, im a slacker. unfortunately my insurance company only covers CA and OR so i need to find a new company. my question is what is a good insurance company to go with out here and who isnt expensive. one company quoted me like $1300 every six months... i was like GOOD GOD!! i only pay like $950 a year right now. so what company does everyone use out here? whos good? who is affordable? and who would you recommend?

right now we use allstate. we've used them for a few years now. they're pretty good in processing stuff and helping us out but i don't think they're the cheapest. we're getting ready to start calling around for new places. we did get a quote on geico a few months back...they were pretty cheap.

My wife and I have Farmers and we pay around $1500 a year for both our vehicles. Rates are so high here because car theft is so common.

I have Country Insurance because they gave me a discount and they were the only company I could get homeowners through owning an Akita and a Doberman. They've been great with this whole accident thing I've been going through.

State Farm rules!

I pay $95 a month for full coverge and I couldn't tell you how many tickets I have on my record...

I've never had a claim but I've heard nothing but good things about State Farm and how easy they are to work with.
