Default Chad & Bryan at Camelback Scion, good guys!

No rear end kissing here. Long story making it short. I found a used 06 toaster at Camelback for the girl. Did the deal which over all went smooth. But like in anything, it's the little crap that frustrates you beyond belief.

Anyways, Chad responds to a post I put up about finding me some wheels for my toaster. During our convos, it came out that there was sum unfinished business and I wasn't trying to unload on him but it just happened. He told me that if there was anyway he could help, he would. Finally reassurance. Anyways the final piece was that we didn't get an extra key for the XB and Chad says he can take care of it for a minimal price, which is aok in my book, which now leads us to yesterday.

Me and girl roll up to CB after work and Bryan says Chad's off shooting some modeling photos in the women's bathroom or sumthing like that so Bryan gets us over to parts and they cut the key. No biggie right. Time to pay my whopping $8. Bryan says don't worry about it, he's got it covered.

Now it's not the $8 and that Bryan covered it, it's the fact that these guys GET IT. This wasn't even their deal !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bryan covers the key and Chad told me that he was going to do everything in his power to fix the issues of another saleperson's deal.

Thank you guys for your help. Your willingness to go above and beyond is extra-ordinary. Both you guys should be the GM's there 'cos it seems only you two understand the customer's needs and what bad PR can do for ya.

See ya when we get back from Vegas!

James,

No problem. even if you were not a customer of mine or Bryans. It is still our duty to help out fellow Scion owners anyway that we can. Both Bryan and I cannot believe and still a little shocked to see your post today. Sure that would be cool, but for you take the time out of your day on vacation to post this is totally unexpected. Thank you for the kind words and feelings towards us. If you need anything else please give us a call. That goes for Michelle too and have a great time in Vegas.

Talk to you soon

Chad
