I saw Nick today on his way back from siging the final papers to purchase his first house.

Congrats buddy. I know how hard you guys have worked to get this done. Cant wait to have you living less than a mile from me.

thanks guys!! we're really excited about it and we can't wait to start moving! We were hoping to get the keys today but it looks like we'll be getting them tomorrow. So we're getting some extra packing done. I'll let everybody know when we get settled so that we can have a house party!
