Well here's what you missed ....
Long story short, awesome car. Scions claims, all pretty much true. I don't recommend the automatic, one of the two FR-s's I drove seemed fine, the other one may have been slipping slightly and slower to downshift. Balance of the car combined with the grip makes it unbelievably nimble (note 18" wheels and Yokohoma s.drive tires, these tires are part of the TRD kit). The car could look better lowered slightly, but I noticed virtually no body roll, and zero under steer. Though the 200hp would be enough to break the rear tires to smoke with a manual, the flappy paddle auto, they let us drive was right on the edge of breaking traction loose, but not spin them up. Meaning you could fly recklessly fast around a fast bend with you back tires just starting to slide out, and with a quick tap to the awesome brakes, a careful downshift, and a jerk of the wheel, effortlessly toss the car the opposite direction around a tight turn with the gas pedal pinned. The car is easy to drive, I saw many middle aged women at the event, who where only brought by their husbands, having just as much fun as I was pinning the throttle and stretching out gears straight into turns.
Worth every penny, still more than I can afford ATM, in a few years I will be buying the first 2nd hand FR-s I can afford.

Kool -- thanks for the pics. I was at that same parking lot two weeks ago for a event put on by Goodyear Tire Co. Most of the tire marks you see in your pics were layed down by an Audi. Car pulled hard!! Just wished they would have given the Scion community more notice. Oh well it is what it is.
