I'll keep an ear out for you. Mine is doing the same thing, I have tried to plastic weld it back together but it just held for a little bit. I just stop crack drilled it and hope it does not continue more.

I found this a couple posts back, It might help?

I have the same problem with mine. I would check out Toyota auto salvage too. If you make it there before I do, let me know if they have anything.

This IS your answer........

Cyclops

When I had my bike shop I took all the broken fairings to them, they do killer plastic welding.

Your gonna have to take your bumper off and bring it to them.

Guaranteed great work and very good prices.

Two of mine are doing the same thing. Both are the ones I installed the Halos in. I put the stock headlights back in the rel 2 and the bumper now sits tight. Even the spots where it cracked are holding just fine. The aftermarket headlights don't give the bumper cover the support it needs. Of course the two with aftermarket headlights are also the only two that are lowered so it may have as much to do with dragging the bumper.

Thanks guys, only 4 1/2 years latter. RJ, notice I took your advice, no door poppers

I will have to put a scion sticker on her and bring her out for a meet. She was in Meguiar's outdoor booth at SEMA. We went to the Hard Rock casino's post SEMA car show and she got first place for pre 1980 cars. Also went to GoodGuy's and I will be at World of Wheels in January.
