Default Need Advice from Locals

Ok guys and girls.... I need some quick advice......for those that don't know i am up in Cali again right now and just got done changing my oil and while I was changing my oil. I noticed some bubbles on my walls of my tires....Not Good. well Looks like I am going to have to replace my tires before I head back down to Phoenix cause I have no idea if these tires will last for me to get back or not. So I'l gonna be safe and just spend the money on new tires even though I really don't have the extra money to do so but I'd rather be safe on the road.

Anyway.... I currently have Toyo Proxy FZ4's on my car all of the tire shops here in Salinas no one has the toyos in stock. So I have been calling all over to see the best price on tires. and the only thing I can find to be able to have installed tomorrow are Nittos Neo gens or BfGoodrich G-force Sports.... anyone use any of these and if so whats your input. Which should I go with. the neo gens I can get for 108 a tire and g-force's are 120 a tire. but what I found out is that the Neo gens have a 280 tire rating and g-force soports 340 tire rating. this sucks having to spend this amount for tires but I'm in a rock and hard spot cause I'd rather get them replaced now then driving home and having them blow out on me and who knows what could happen.... andyway what brand would

Chris -- I think you made a good choice. Have a safe drive home to Phoenix.

Ditto.

Good choice, either way.

I have the NITTO 555's, awesome tire and great traction but its not like I take the tC drifting or anything with the system in the back.....oh yeah, plus the fact that its a front wheel drive.

Only thing i don't like about my NITTO's is that they are Z rated so there is NO factory warranty on them. The NEO GENS are best for lowered vehicles because of the reinforced corner of the tires since most lowered vehicle have a lot of negative camber. If I were to replace my tires I would go with NITTO NEO GENS for performance and TOYOS for price.

Thanks everyone for your input.....I'm just waiting for a phone call right now when the tires hit the shop. Should hear in about a half hour. Then its time to load up my box and head down to Bakersfield to visit some cousins down there and then back to phoenix on Saturday.
