Hit the junkyard for a 90-96 Toyota 4Runner rear window motor and switch. From there the rear hatch would have to be cut apart to make room for the glass (1/4"). The hard part would be welding on a new frame for the exterior of the hatch, as the glass currently is the outermost edge. Then the glass would have to be cut and drilled (kiss the rear defrost goodbye).
It could be done, but would probably be upwards of $2000 when all is said and done.
Would be a little easier to do a Ford SportTrac style rear window, where only the middle portion of the glass goes down.
