Just send someone to class with an audio recorder and you're good. When you get back, you have the lecture and can get any notes that were displayed and not said from your bud's notes. You have to come.

 

I just got off the phone with a couple hotels.

Sally Port only has suites left and they start at $95.
Hampton Inn has 66 rooms available and will have roped/reserved parking(enough rooms for a WHOLE club?...hmmm).

Remember to MENTION SCION or SCION INVASION with each registry for a discount. Call back and let them know you're with the show if you did not do so when you booked your rooms.

I will be contacting other hotels all day so check back for updates.

Also, we will be allowing people to leave their cars overnight at the show lot. We will have several shuttles available to transport people back and forth from hotels.

 

Comfort Inn has plenty of rooms available.
Holiday Inn Express also has plenty of rooms available. Regular rooms are $70.10, Executive Suites(w/ mini fridge, etc.) $80.10, and Presidential/Extended Stay Suites are $89.10.
Fairfield Inn has rooms available too although they are not a "host" hotel. Fairfield is the "Brand New-est" Hotel. It's also really close to downtown.

They shouldn't. You will have to make sure with them though. I haven't had a hotel do it to me yet.

 

Do they Have Hilton Garden, Courtyard by Marriott or a Hampton inn?

 

Hampton is a go. The others, no. The Hampton is a host hotel. Mention Scion. The number is on the lodging page of the site.

 

gosh I can hardly wait...... we need that list of mods soon so that way I can register in the proper class cause I already have a list of mods coming up soon and need to know what class they may put me in
