Hey who's that ugly looking kind o bald guy with the big trophy?

 

Yep, we had a great time as usual. Everyone's cars were looking good. Once again though, I think we were robbed on the biggest group participation. We had 16 cars shown representing Scionetics.com and "Kaotic" had only 14. Not sure why we didn't get that big @$$ trophy. We all just need to make sure that even though we are the "un-club" that we put Scionetics.com in the spot on forms where it says "Club Affiliation". There is always next time. Congrats to first time trophy winners Kelly, Scott, and Brandon. Here is the placements in their respective class:

I wish I could have been there all day, but for the 1 hour I was there it was a good time. everyone's cars looked great. Conrgrats to all the winners!!!

Well we were busy getting cold weather clothes together for our trip to Banff BC.
I took 1 of 10 slots for Asst of the Year at my company again.
So we get to goto play in the snow for a week in Canada.

awesome job guys, sorry i couldnt make it. i had to make a last minute trip to Yuma to pick up a show car then go out toe Suprise for that Speedworld event.

i picked the wrong event to go to

i fully planned on being there, but the night before i was told that it was mainly a mini truck event and there would be a better turn out at the Pinks show at speedworld.

i really look foreward to meeting the rest of the scionetics group! i might actually start "seriously" showing my car, now that it has a few more mods to it! just gotta wait untill spring break time to get a 2 tone and interior pieces to match!

 

dont forget me!! i won the longest distance award!! just for driving from san diego to phoenix for the show.

I guess I should have stayed a little longer for some entertainment...For those that were there and remember the drunk guy with the chopped/channeled green 300C on switches. Well, while he was 3 wheeling his ride around the parking lot, keep in mind totally wasted, he finally hit someone. Mark said that right after most of us left, he ran into a guy that was standing around watching him...The guy wasn't hurt but I wonder how far this guy made it after leaving the show...

 

A co-worker told me the samething. He was there DJ'ing the gig. How did this guy
get beer or booze into the show? I thought you guys said they had checked your
cars upon entering. Hopefully this guy didn't make more than a block after leaving,
and I'm glad the other guy didn't get seriouly hurt.
