Now I may not be sponsored... but I am a Business minor at asu and im going to seriously try and help here.

There are keys into getting a business to sponsor you... some of that is the product... (Your scion) and some of it is your attitude towards sponsorship.

I will bet my scion on the fact that any of the people who are sponsored in our group are the nicest... most helpful... members of the group

To Scott helping with sub problems

To Chad helping with photos

BigJ with springs...

These people not only have TIGHT cars... but they have GOOD relations with others in the group.

Most of business is the ability to present ones self in a professional manner.

Frankly, some people are not cut out for sponsorship. You rather know when you see it.

I hope you can grow and learn from this post and hopefully find your sponsor... but beware the next time you say something before thinking it through

If there is anything that I have learned from modding your car... is that sometimes stuff doesn’t always work out right... and you got to laugh and shrug it off.... ie.. My sig...

I think that’s what should happen to this post too... the guy picked the wrong group to mess with but I think instead of getting ____ed of at him... we should let him go on his merry way... and hope he has learned something from this....

this thread is still on topic and isn't really getting violent so I dont see a reason for locking it at this point. If someone wants to bury themselves in their own absurd unintelligent comments thats's fine by me

 

Aight I finally took the time to read this post! whew!
This KID really doesnt know "who is who" obviously from not attending the meets.
I's have to say this person has just burnt a lot of good relations with a lot of good peeps. The nerve of this kid! I cant believe it! I personally attend the meets because i like to meet new peeps and BUILD GREAT RELATIONS with GREAT PEOPLE. This kid will be lucky if he is able to get any of our Great People to help him out with anything! Geese! I tell ya!

 

The good and bad of the internet is that he could learn from this and appear as a nice guy under another ID.

 

i just checked his myspace. i met that guy at the pavillians when basil revealed the FHC, he seemed pretty cool but he might be able to change his avatar and i.d. but unless he gets some cosmetic done then peeps know who he is.

 

can we just let this thread die, it's been a month, just let the guy alone, I'm not taking either side now, just asking everyone to stop this thread
