Default Toor de loop: the aftermath

well that was a fun little drive, i jumped off at Bell on the west side cause that's closer to where I live than going all the way back around. Did anybody get a good count of how many cars we had? before or after we dropped all the other clubs oops

That was pretty cool. Maybe in the future we can make work on a fundraiser for some of these military organizations that supports families of our fallen heros. Then we can open it up to whoever wants to pay to participate and have cars like Robert's lead the parade. Just an idea.

I had a blast. We have to do that again. As far as a count... at one point I coud see flashing light as far as I could see in front of me and as far as I could see behind me. I think that next time we should do a Scion only thing. Not to exclude our counter[arts that were there tonight... But I thought it looked better when it was just us. I hope that everyone else had as much fun as I did. I also hope that everyone else made it home safe.

I think it would be cool to have one for just Scions, but if it is going to be a fund raiser event it should be available to anyone to help whatever cause it may be.

Glad to hear everyone had a great time and there were no safety issues

Had fun meeting some of you new guys! It was a good idea but da communication wasn't there. Next time we should designate someone to be da leader and have e set roll-out point. And we should make 1 more stop around I-10 around da Loop 101.

The good:

Just got home. I had a BLAST. Thanks everyone for coming out. I was leading the pack and in my rear views all I could see were flashing lights from all the vehicles. Great time and looking forward to doing it for charity next year.

The bad:

Mr myXBox360 Where the hell were you? I know it's not easy to run an event like this but it would have been nice if you would have at least shown up and spoke up. When the participants have to step up and take charge because the original organizers did not even bother to show up it looks really bad.

ALL RIGHT LADIES AND GERMS, I HAVE FINNALY MADE IT HOME. BY THE TIME I DROPPED OFF MANNYSCION AT HIS HOUSE I WAS POOPED AND DIDNT TRUST MYSELF TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY NORTH WITHOUT FALLING ASLEEP. ZZzzZzZZz!!! SO I CALLED UP MY SISTER AND ASKED IF I COULD CRASH AT HER PAD AND THATS WHAT I DID SINCE IT WAS A CLOSER DRIVE.

THANK YOU RBASIL, THAT IS WHAT I AM SAYING!

myxbox360 UMMM!!! WTF! THIS WHOLE TIME YOU AND YOURS ARE TELLING US DO IT YOUR WAY, BUT YOU ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. THAT IS THE LAST TIME I LISTEN TO A PERSON THAT TELLS THE WHOLE GROUP THEY ARE WRONG AND TO DO IT YOUR WAY. NEXT TIME IF YOU PLAN AN EVENT, STEP UP AND TAKE LEADERSHIP , WE HAD TO APPOINT RBASIL AS LEADER SINCE WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE GREAT TO BE LED BY THE FALLEN HEROS BOX.

I KNOW WE PUT YOU ON THE SPOT ROBERT, BUT YOU DID A GREAT JOB!!!

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED LAST NITE AND I AM LOOKING FOWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE AGAIN. I HOPE EVERYONE MADE IT HOME SAFE LAST NITE.

we had bad communication in this thing because we had about 10 different people trying to bring in about 200 cars. we were hoping for 30 or so and it all just kinda balooned so i personal apoligize for any confusion. The next time we are actually going to get a web site shirts stickers etc and do it for charity. Like i had said before this was simply a test just to see who all would be going. i also apologize for bad communication while at deervalley we were all on the phones trying to call everyone to let them know about rolling out of pavillions since the scion crew had the idea to go across the street. that was a last minute switch that definately made sense yet it was pretty late in the game. so thanks for the patience and the next one will be a thing of beauty!
so again i apologize. We had no idea it would be this big. i would hope some of you would be a bit more understanding. i didnt expect to get flamed by you guys of all people.

I totally understand how hard it was to put together this event. My only complaint is that you didn't "speak up" at the Deer Valley meeting. As a matter of fact all of the Scion people who came up to me asked... "Who is XBox36? and I didn't even know myself.

But the past is the past, once the event got rolling we all had a blast. The website and stuff is a great idea. Looking forward to next year!

We all understand were your coming from myXBox360. The only thing that mad us mad was that you didn't come and introduce yourself at DeerValley and tell us what's going on!

I saw them fly by me at the front of the line as well. No big loss as far as I am concerned.
