Sorry for the late post, but it's this Sunday. They meet at the Honeywell parking lot at I-17 and Union Hills. Cars are to be there by 9:30am and they start leaving at 10:00am. It's a short run to Wickenburg. They have prizes, give aways, and food. The price for going is one (1) $10 or more new, unwrapped toy. The sponsor is RWCA.

There is also a holiday craft sale where we will be parking.

Due to rain, there was maybe 30-40 cars. Some people come down from Flaggstaff. RWCA is a large car club. I'd say around 250 members. I just looked at the weather and it's going to be a nice day. 65 as a high and no rain. Should be a drive.

Yes, we're all set to go. My in-laws belong to the club and work the event. We go every year. It's a lot of fun. You get to see alot of old cars. Alot of custom rides.

I would have thought a few people would have signed up, but it is last minuet. Mark went last year. He tool a XA from Camelback before he got his COOL Yelloe ride .

This sounds like a great idea. So good, I'd like to challenge the Scion dealers to a "Stuff Off". How many toys can a dealer get into a XB, XA, or TC. Their pick. I think we should do it next year, due to the time frame we have. Any ideas?

We just got back from Wickenburg and had a real good time. Alot
of sweet cars and trucks. I lost count but there were a butt load. Grubbed
out on some good mexican food and drinks. Just a beautifull day, perfect
weather for a get together -- Thanks Lyn

Yse, made it hom around 6:30 after stopping for our FREE dinner we won. Moonray, thanks for coming, and I'm glad you had a great time. RWCA counted well-over 350 cars in all. It was a great turn out. I'd like to see us put this on the radar for next year. Maybe a group thing that way we could beat out the mazda group on the amount of cars. They were able to fill a car trailer with toys and had to use a flat bed for the rest. RWCA gave away a 58 Chevy stationwagon. Next year it's going to be a 64 mustang. Good eats and a great trip. Couldn't ask for much more.
