Hey Guys. I live in Cali and its time for me to get out of here. Cops keep busting me for my car (turboed) and I cant keep paying the fines and tickets. I was wondering if your states and counties are tuner friendly. Also, what is required to register my vehicle in your area?

 

AZ is friendly...and all you need is a bill in your name that shows an AZ address

 

New Mexico is alright except for Albuquerque, but generally they're only out for exhaust and tint when they're trying to get their quota filled.
As far as i know only Albuquerque and maybe sante fe require emissions tests

 

Certain counties (especially in NorCal like the mountain areas) don't have smog like in the city.
