Upholstery and metal

Upholstery and metal
Does anybody know anybody that does upholstery or anybody that does metal work? I am looking for some ideas on what it would cost to get the armrest panels upholstered and looking for someone that might make my grommets out of aluminum or lightweight metal. Thanks for any help.

Ok, to your original post before we hijacked it.
on your eyelets.. that I am unsure for whom can do that for you.
Now out of steel any of the bad boys on this forum can probally do it.
badboys=Randode,Chris(hotwheels),Big J, myself. Now for aluminum, that is a different ball of wax. I don't think anyone here except maybe Big J that has access to a tig that can weld aluminum.
Interior work.. out in Cave Creek www.theinteriorshop.com he did Scotts suede work inside his tC, myself depending on what your looking to do inside, out in Queen Creek. Might want to talk to Randode, I am not sure how munch interior work he is doing himself as well. If your looking for full interior(seats, head rests etc) talk to Todd at the interior shop. I have known him for years and he does alot of the custom vehicles here in town.. I will admit he has long since past my skill level when I 1st showed him some tips and tricks waaay back in the day.

Chris,
I know a machinist that could make exactly what you're looking for out of aluminum, but it would probably be pretty pricey. If you use aluminum you may want to get it anodized or plated, adding another chunk to the cost.
Here's another idea for you.
This is the biggest one they have, and you would have to do some modification, but you should be able to make it work. Go here, then type 87995K59 into the search. That will bring up the page with more choices.
You could possibly mold something out of fiberglass or plastic, but then I don't know how you could make it look like metal.
