Bryan and I went to see the people at The Venue of Scottsdale. That place is a "go" for the Friday night function.

We're trying to figure out how to handle alcohol. I'm thinking that we'll sell that separately via tickets sold with registration.

Any ideas or feedback on that?

We've got the food pretty much dialed in. The baseball park is a go, the breakfast meet for Friday is coming together.

We'll roll the entire plan out and begin accepting registrations on January 19th.

 

how goes the necessary police escort from certain events to others?

I also need a finalized proposal Mark for the sponsorship along with meeting with you and Bryan for what kind of product we want to do

 

i can be a police escort by then.... i hope! lol! ok but it seems we have a plan in motion.
also if there are any needs for a dj,,,, i know aguy by the name of DJCG!

once i can get a final proposal mark I can submit the sponsor for my friend in Colorado and get his tC down here

 

I'll do it in the morning before I come to work. Maybe even tonight.

 

When the announcement/registration page is ready for Spring Quake we will be sending an early invite to everyone registered on Scionetics that lives in D&S. The first public announcement will then be in the D&S forum. After that we will let all the dealers in on it so they can let any strays know about it. We're going to have a cut-off of the number of registrations allowed just so we can keep the events fun and manageable.

Every day another piece falls into place. I'm starting to think this will be the meet everyone tries to top for years. Thanks to everyone that keep offering ideas and assists. Spring Quake is the event of the peeps, for the peeps and by the peeps!
