In CO it is the same thing in the grocery store. Always made me laugh watching the tourist by their beer from the grocery store when there was a liquor store two doors down that sold the real thing!

And did we tell them about it....hell no!
Sorry, but that makes it even funnier.....

How did we not have this conversation already. I lived on Creekside Dr. right behind the CopShop. Our Friday night went as follows:

Walk to MooseJaw for a Jaw burger, pool and a few Fat Tires.

Then walk down to the Frisco Disco and have many a Budweisers and RedBull/Vodkas.

Stumbling to Johnny G's, "A sunny place for shady people", to finish off the night! Greco is a good friend of mine and so we always finished the night there because we could stay till 3 or so before we had to jet.

Finally a nice walk in the brisk 10 degree weather. By this time you've got your beannie and gloves on along with your big puffy Down Jacket!

Well back in the day when I lived there, there wasn't a whole of bars to frequent. The
moosejaw was our favorite place to go locally. But we spend alot of time around the
area being young and stupid.

When I moved there we had the Jaw and Barkley's...that's it. Oh and there was some other brew pub on the corner of Main and Summit as you are leaving Frisco towards Breck, but can't remember the name???

My buddy was a bar tender at the brew pub and opened his own place called Johnny G's "A Sunny Place for Shady People." That bar opened up around Summer of 2002 and is still going strong! It is right above the Purple Lotus tattoo shop on Main Street.

I want to move back so bad, but the money is just not there. I would like to retire there versus living there now, so, moved here to make the money.

Oh, how about the onion rings from Breckenridge Brewery.....mmmmmmm....they are so big and tasty!

If you guys come up our way we have Squah Valley and Heavanly Vally at Tahoe.
Or come out next summer and do the PCH cruze with all of us to Monteray! I can hook up the dealer to throw a BBQ.

I'd love to hit up Nor-Cal. Broke two ribs at Squaw over Millenium New Year's. Gnarly bail on a stump, but that's another story. A friend of mine is the Nor-Cal rep for Nordica, James Clifford. He lives in Truckee and I could crash with him.

Sqauw would be sweet!!!!

It'd be nice to have you AZ folks in CA. PCH is awfully nice. We could do a meet at Bolsa Chica. (Beach with a lot of parking space) I've seen a bunch of MR2s over there for a meet I'm guessing.
