To those of you that this was their first meet, WELCOME!. Please don't be scarce in the future. xBstud has a great meet scheduled for 8/2 and it would be nice to see you all again.

Thank you very much Scion, Camelback Scion and Larry Miller Scion. I just wish there was more time to meet everyone. Hopefully we will all meet up on 8/2 for the meet then. There were even some rumers of a river trip. That woudl be great too.

 

I am sorry I did not make this meet. I usually do not miss them. I just got back into town last night after being in Vegas all week for work and needed to get some stuff done. I will be at the next one for sure. Actually thinking about doing a event each month as well. Try to rebuild this community.

 

OMG...All the new faces!!!! The raising of new owners hands was over whelming...The scion community is growing larger by the day! Thanks for the invite Mark...Looking forward to next one!!!

 

I had a great time at the movies today. Thanks to everybody who took the time to make it possible. especially Mark! Mark, you're awesome

The movie itself was bad a$$!! I haven't been a fan of any of the more recent batman movies but this one outdid the rest of them by a long shot. And was it just me or did Heath Ledger steal the movie? f'in phenomenal.

Thanks Nick and Chris. This was a real "un-club" event and I hope we can keep having them as a way to build community.

Thanks to Kevin Brown and Chad Hatfield at Camelback for not even blinking whan I asked them to help. Those gift cards were possible because two dealers cooperated.

The people really responsible are the ones that come out. When we show the enthusiasm we have and then can get together as Scion owners (and not a particular club) we can really create the energy to draw the dealer's and Scion's attention ($$$) to do these events a couple of times a year.

What's REALLY important is that we show up for the little events as well because those events are the pulse of any car community.
