Saw a brokendown tc on the shoulder on way to bbq got off and doublebacked. Little shaken up but she survived, pinballed off the guardrail. I think just being there helped calm her a little bit. So its official, I brake for fellow Scions! Lol gave her a card so she could txt us and let us know everything turned out ok. But call it karma or what u want but I know is wqnt someone to stop for me if something happened and I was just in an accident.

Nice BBQ James, props to Glenn for showing up, our newest member stepping up and out. Nice place to bbq and drink and soak and have fun. I think next Sunday we'll have our official meet here and give it a try. We'll post up and txt specifics. Anywho, thanks to those who came out, Glenn, Scott and his lovely lady, James(duh). Look foreward to seeing everyone here next weekend for the First Annual Team Scionara Beach BBQ lol.

thanks for the invite last night, got home around 10:30 watched "the hills have thighs" and fell asleep on the couch. 2 bbqs and watchin some soft core **** with the missus, what could be better.

the only problem is my xb got peppered with bugs heading home last night

Yea the X-Files equivalent is even more cheezey... Anyway, yea the bug thing seems to be a common occurrence for me driving to and from work... Maybe I need to get some of that bug and tar remover...

if you are coming, please add your name to roll call...AND, please add something next to your name that you would be willing to bring for example, soda, chips, bread, cookies etc... that way we will have a good idea on how many people are coming, eating, and bringing. also we dont wanna have everyone bring chips like at the xceed BBQ haha. i will be down there around noon hangin out, setting up. proly start eating sumtime aroound 1-2 maybe 3. kinda depends when people start showin up. if you plan on coming but wont be there till late, let us know . so we arent waiting for you to eat. ( you can have some leftovers). BEACH CLOSES AT 10pm
Im working on a parking situation so we can all be together, hopefully have some space down by the boat yard/maitenece building. this is another reason id like you to RSVP, parking kinda sucks here.
like medic mentioned, there will be rad beach stuff going on like bean bags, ladderball, swimming, a boatride ( if you make friends with sumeone with a boat, or bring one) volleyball, etc... so come prepared with towels and sunscreen, bathing suits etc...( anyone have a volleyball?)
ive put the $100 deposit down to reserve our group to be there, so please keep it clean and laid back. pretty much no jumping through glass windows, breaking down walls, setting the beachouse on fire, stuff like that. you break it, you bought it.
drinking IS allowed on the beach, no glass please, no pets, no guns, no terrorists, no being sad, no woman no cry.

admission is free.

medic, what do you think about bringing the scion cooler, and maybe a banner and swag?

also if anyone has a sweet radio they dont mind bringing to the beach that would be cool. i can bring my computer speakers with i-pod, its not very loud or good though.

 

I'll bring em, talking to sponsors about coming out and having a raffle. Just tagged a tC yesterday who txtd back, it's hers and her bf has one. She says they'll most likely hit the BBQ.

Another 12 tomorrow for me... Today was interesting.... Convict + fire = badddd
