It was great meeting everyone.

This is the next event I'm going to, its just hang out, b.s. about cars and eat some free food. No judges, no trophies, no cost.
Let me know who wants to go, my new place is down the street from this if anyone wants to roll out from there. Oh, and you might have to drive a little, tiny, teenie, ittsy bitsy bit on dirt road, but not much.

J-Body Of Michigan would like to welcome everyone to come to The 11th Annual Anniversary J-BOM BBQ!

Shine up the ride, come on out eat some free food, check out the cars and have a great time.

We will supply burgers, hotdogs and condiments. There is a pavilion keep us dry if the weather gets ugly so please come rain or shine.
Please feel free to bring food or drinks to contribute. Beer and wine are allowed but no hard liquor please.

This BBQ is open to EVERYONE, no matter what kind of car you drive.

Sounds like a good time, I wanted us to get back on track with the bi-weekly meets so I was going to say May29th (sunday) lets meet, but with the BBQ just the day before it seems we can just knock out 2 birds with one stone so count us in, just bring the hey-hey I mean the EZ up this time, and if Drew goes maybe he can bring his. We'll try to get people to bring games like cards, frisbee so on and so forth. I'm sure someone will be blasting their stereo. But this sounds like a lot of fun, good way to get to meet other teams and hear about other events. Thanks Scott for posting this up!

Congrats to all the winners at yesterday's show! I'd especially like to recognize James who was almost completely stock when we met him a little less than a year ago and BOOM! Hard work and dedication got him those trophies, a true inspiration for any DIYer out there!

Thanks to DJ Platinum for coming through and putting on an amazing show for the team!!! Absolutley great music, when we were rolling in and past some of the other djs playing like Beachboys and other oldies I started getting worried, but when he was dropping beats left and right I was truly impressed. DJing isnt as easy as it may look, but Platinum took it to a whole new level and for 5 HOURS!!!!!

I'm sunburned as could be too.

Thanks to everyone for coming out, I had tons of fun and the "after party cookout" was pretty neat too.

Only regret... We didnt get a team pic...

With the new members probably wanting to meet again I think we should all focus on making this BBQ coming up on the 28th. uh oh I feel a roll call coming on!!!

Well its a holiday weekend and I work retail. I unfortunately cannot make the bbq.

 

Yea I understand that not everyone can make certain events. Would you like to head up a meet for the people that can't make it? Pitch in some ideas guys let me know what you all think. We definitely need more after parties at my place

I am trying to get an open shift for a friday cuz i would like to organize something for woodward and i think Elliot would be down for that as well.

 

Had a lot of fun at the show. It was great meeting everyone for the first time. DJ Platinum really helped make it such a great time! I was definitely impressed with his mixing. Congrats to all the trophy winners!

this friday i work 10-8 and I would get out there by 9, sun would be set by then and not as many people out there...it would need to be a day that we can get there between 7-8 and really hang out...i have to see what i am working next friday.

 

well batman(drew) djplatinum(tom) and i are planning on going out this Friday(if weather holds up, so maybe you can meet us up there after. 9 is not late for Woodward so you would get there just in time. so if anyone wants to go come and join
