I've got a small crack on my front bumper by the VRD fog hole. But if you want to swap w/o the bumper holes mine were never drilled. Seriously tho someone swap hatches. For a wisconsin member I'll go down to $300 plus a SW. And to make the deal sweeter depending on the year I'll include a Brand New Umnitza HID kit... just sayin save your pennies all you SW tcs out there...

How does one pass emissions with exhaust components?

I just got my notice from the DMV.

Don't mind taking off the axle...Header on the other hand; its a pain!

 

I would think simply not having a check engine light and your good to go. I've never had them pop my hood. Just check the axelback and gas cap.

I haven't gone through emissions since my old Ford Probe days which was back in 04-05. I kept buying new Scions to avoid going to one. LOL

I still have until November 31st: CF hood, exhaust axle, hopefully wheels if I can get new tires by the 1st snowfall. The header has anti-fouler on it so no CEL
