Autocross School at Rt 66
I'm signed up to instruct again and have the saturday OK'ed from management!
The only thing required is a helmet, a car, and $120 for TWO days of track time & good odds of one-to-one instruction the whole time!

sounds like there is a handful of people from JDM Chicago headed out.
My wife is signed up & she will be my student. - I couldn't be prouder!!!
There is a '32 Ford hotrod signed up & I've SEEN him DRIVE it!
It looks like I will again be unchallenged in the World's Fastest Scion (It's been 2 years since I competed against a Scion...) Unless my wife turns out to be a natural...

So, my wife Cristy signed up for Learning Curve & requested I be her instructor.
Saturday came & she was super nervous. I ended up with her driving my XA & a guy in a Saab 9-3 turbo on all-weather tires for students.
Saturday, after classroom, was run on two half-courses. the Saab & Cristy traded times all day!
I think her nerves were calmed...
Sunday, we linked the half-corses back into a full one & ran the day as a regular event. My Saab student had a work emergency- on sunday... Intructors drove first & Cristy was a bit shocked at how fast it had gotten. When she finally got behind the wheel, she did great.
At the end of Sunday, there was an instructor's Scooby 2.5RS at the top(as he has been for the last 3 years), I was in second, then two students. One in an E30 Beemer 3-series, and a Celica GTS. If Cristy had signed up in the guys' class, whe would have beaten the 180hp Celica!
I will post photos when I have time to upload them.
She will be back!
